I’ll have 500 guests attending my wedding. Can you accommodate a group that size?

Yes, we’ve hosted beautiful weddings as small as 50 and as large as 500.

Do you have indoor facilities for my wedding?

Yes, we have a Grand Hall in the center of our new Hotel, perfect for your indoor wedding ceremony. The Hotel also has banquet rooms for receptions and rehearsal dinners. We have an outdoor Pavilion which showcases the best views of the ranch. We also have a large Horsebarn which makes a memorable location for your western wedding.

What about food and beverages?

This is what we do best. Our own award-winning Wildcatter Steakhouse caters all of our weddings and events. We have great menus for you to select from, however, our Chef is also able to customize the menu just for your special event. We also have many options for bar service for your events. We do not allow outside food and beverages at the Ranch.

I’d rather have Wildcatter plan and take care of all the details for my weddings. Is that possible?

Yes, we have a Certified Wedding Consultant on staff that would be happy to plan every detail to make your wedding all that you dreamed. We even have suggested photographers, florist, and bakers available. Any detail can be coordinated by our on-site Certified Wedding Consultant for a 20% Coordination Fee based on final billing amount.

How many hotel rooms do you have?

We have 16 luxury guestrooms we call our Lodge Rooms, each beautifully decorated depicting our local Texas history. The Hotel also has 16 guestrooms and we also have one guest house. Most of our accommodations have two queen beds.

I want to plan a special day for my friends & family before the big day, any suggestions?

You’ve come to the right place. We have a beautiful Spa perfect for bridal showers or just a great party. Let us plan a special day of spa services, lunch and just relaxing. We also have a 6 Point Sporting Clay Range, a nice place for the groom and his friends to unwind before the wedding. With horseback riding, canoeing, and a relaxing infinity pool and hot tub, Wildcatter Ranch has everything to make your wedding perfect.
