Activities at Wildcatter Ranch & Resort
Saddle Up for Adventure and Unleash Your Wild Side
Wildcatter Activities Information:
DAY OF ARRIVAL
Wildcatter is best enjoyed for at least two nights! Due to cancellation, the nature of livestock husbandry, and our wrangler's days, activities cannot be booked on the “day of arrival” to prevent late arrivals and no-shows from impacting other guests’ experiences.
Enjoy our hiking trails, pool, and sand volleyball/tether ball on your arrival day, and schedule your activities after your first night at the Ranch!
FAMILIES
The nature of our activities and property lends itself to vacations for groups with kids over 10 so they can enjoy the trail rides!
Between 3-10 years old, kids can enjoy pony rides, feeding the longhorns at 9am, jeep ride, horse grooming, the pool and hot tub, and hiking our many trails and enjoying the boulders and nature.
Pick up our scat-scavenger hunt at the front desk! Kids enjoy the hunting and learning on the trails and then a free ice-cream at dinner with a completed booklet!
SUMMER HOURS (June 1st-Sept 1st):
All activities are in the morning, and due to the very late sunset time, there are no sunset rides available; activity times will be determined and communicated to you on arrival.

CONSIDERATIONS
Wildcatter Ranch is a very large property and you will need a car to enjoy it. The horse barn where the activities take place is in the valley, while the Steakhouse and Lodging are up on the mountain top — not walkable.
Breakfast and Dinner are served daily, but Wildcatter is not open for lunch outside of pre-ordered boxed lunches received two weeks in advance. You will likely want to enjoy the small town of Graham, TX 15 minutes away for lunch and shopping for antiques and local goods!
Summer heat restricts our summer activities to the morning only.
