GROUP SIZES up to 50
With 16 hotel rooms, 16 cabin suites, and two homes (both two-bedroom), we can accommodate 70 guests in double occupancy or 36 in single occupancy. If you have a mix of single-occupancy and double-occupancy needs, please reach out, and we can assess the dates and occupancy rates.
The Ranch House and Estate, a 14,000 sq ft mansion with five bedrooms, pull-out sofas, and additional apartments, can add 5 (single occupancy) to 10 (double occupancy) guests.

Corporate + Leadership Group Activities
Top Shotgun Challenge $45 per person
Working together to eliminate various targets, each team member will be allowed 3 shots and then onto the next team member continuing until all targets are eliminated. The event focuses on speed, efficiency, encouragement, and team camaraderie.
Over the Wall Archery $25 per person
Each team will select one person to fire a set of arrows over the ‘wall’, relaying on the other team members to direct their aim. Points are awarded based on proximity in which the arrows land. During this event, guests will learn from observation, clear communication and working together.
Team All Around Challenge $45 per person
WR classic event where guests compete at the archery, tomahawk, and shooting ranges.
Saddle Up Challenge $40 per person
Racing the clock, teams work together to ‘blind’ saddle a horse. One team member views the properly saddled horse, while another relays information at a distance to another team member in charge of saddling.
Guided Hike $20 per person
Hiking Kisinger Mountain, learning about the history of the ranch.
Pole Bending $100 per person

Charity Ranch Race $125 per person
Divided into teams, guests will compete through multiple events. At each event, teams will receive materials to build items donated to a local charity. This event is thrilling with teams relying on strong communication, consulting each other's strengths, pacing yourself and working together.
Since 2004, Wildcatter Ranch has been outfitting our groups with adventure. In addition to our team building there are trail rides, ranch tours, clay shooting and archery available. It is possible to book with our exclusive outfitter to book fly fishing on the Brazos River or hog or doe hunts. While staying at the ranch, guests can also enjoy feeding the longhorns at nine each morning, relaxing in the infinity pool and hot tub, playing outdoor games or catch and release at the Bass Tank (please bring your own fishing supplies).

Meetings & Events at Wildcatter Ranch & Resort are a custom, cowboy experience. From exclusive, executive retreats of 12 to comprehensive training groups of 50, our array of meeting spaces, facilities, and unique team building options can meet your every need. A/V Equipment and Wi-Fi are included.

Our larger 1,850 sq ft main hall can be reserved for your meeting or special event. Depending on the layout, this flexible event space can comfortably seat 150 guests. Pricing is based on your setup requirements and overall package.
