With 16 hotel rooms, 16 cabins, and two homes (both two-bedroom), we can easily accommodate 70 guests in double occupancy or 36 in single occupancy. If you have a mix of single-occupancy and double-occupancy needs, please reach out, and we can assess the dates and occupancy rates.
The Ranch House and Estate, a 14,000 sq ft mansion with five bedrooms, pull-out sofas, and additional apartments, can add 12-14 guests.

Meetings & Events at Wildcatter Ranch & Resort are a custom, cowboy experience. From exclusive, executive retreats of 12 to comprehensive training groups of 50, our array of meeting spaces, facilities, and unique team building options can meet your every need. A/V Equipment and Wi-Fi are included.

Our larger 1,850 sq ft main hall can be reserved for your meeting or special event. Depending on the layout, this flexible event space can comfortably seat 150 guests. Pricing is based on your setup requirements and overall package.
**Please note, our Grand Hall meetings require a minimum of 16 hotel rooms guaranteed for the duration of your stay**
