The Glass Pavilion at Wildcatter is a private space, just past the Cabin Suites, perched on the cliffside with sweeping views of the Brazos River valley and its famous plateaus. The sunsets from this space are awe-inspiring. This elevated space can seat up to 65 guests.
Take the party outside on the Steakhouse Patio, where open skies and big Texas views set the scene. Whether you’re hosting a relaxed dinner or an evening celebration, the patio makes it easy to enjoy the ranch atmosphere.
The Buffalo Banquet Hall is a stunning space with big historical displays, murals, and western decor. You can host up to 75 guests.

For a gathering with a little more privacy, the Ranch House offers a secluded setting on 21 gated acres overlooking the Brazos River. This 14,000-square-foot home features spacious living and dining areas, covered patios and a beautiful outdoor terrace, making it a special place to bring family, friends or colleagues together. With plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the surroundings, it’s a one-of-a-kind setting for a private event.
Sliding glass doors and your own table means dinner on your terms. That’s the Boomtown Room. Seats up to 24 guests.
Good company calls for good food. All private event catering at Wildcatter Ranch is provided by the team at Wildcatter Steakhouse, with menus designed to suit your gathering. From hand-cut mesquite-grilled steaks to a spread made for sharing, our team will work with you to plan the food and drinks for your event.
Inquire TodayAre you having a rehearsal dinner off-site or more intimate but still want all your guests to spend time together on Friday evening? After the rehearsal dinner, utilize the bar and patio for a welcome party! You can set up a cash bar or specialty drink bar or have guests simply purchase their own drinks at the bar. The beautiful patio is perfect for gatherings and has both inside and outside and includes the Buffalo Banquet Hall. If you are renting the Ranch House, we can also discuss options for welcome parties at the Ranch House.
