Team All-Around Challenge
The Best Bang For your Buck! WR classic event where guests compete at the archery ranch, shooting range, and horse barn in a creative “think outside the box” way. During this challenge, teams will devise a clear strategy, recognizing strengths and weaknesses while being innovative. Communication and acknowledging each other’s skills is key. $45 per person
Wildcatter Sasquatch Scavenger Hunt
With your team’s scavenger hunt booklet and Polaroid cameras ready, you’ll set out on the Green Trail in teams of ~5 to work together to decide which targets to seek - considering your team's strengths and the clock. Each target is worth different points - teams must communicate to find, understand, and identify as many targets within 1.5 hours. Who knows what a live oak is? Bobcat scat? Eagle eyes to see a hidden horse bridal in the tree? BUT beware, the Squatch! The trails are home to a friendly yet shy Squatch - bonus points if he captures him on camera! Mixologist Scavenger Hunt
Old Fashion or Margarita? Teams will be given a map with rough locations for the ingredients to your chosen drink. After locating all components, teams will race back to the Steakhouse, where the team’s representative will become the mixologist to create the cocktail. A judging panel will decide the best drink, and everyone will get to cheer the winners! $60 per person
Light-Fire Scavenger Hunt
Two miles of hiking in 2 hours! Teams will divide into two separate trails to locate their fire-building materials. This challenge concerns careful observation and communication, as you don’t want to be forced to loop back! Using the collected materials (tender next, wood, magnesium, and axe), the first team to build a big enough fire to burn through the rope wins! Inquire for Pricing
Extreme-Fire Scavenger Hunt
Explore the ranch and work as a team to find FIRE-making items. But the first one with all the items isn’t the winner – the first team to find all the material and successfully build a fire wins! This is our biggest challenge! But a great one to spend quality time with nature and teammates and exercise. Guests will walk about 5 miles. To start, the group meets at the Pavilion for instructions. Each team leader will receive a radio to communicate with the wranglers in an emergency. The teams will then head down the trails for their fire-building components. Once they have found their supplies, they meet at the overlook of Conner Creek, marked on their map. Once there, teams must use their wood, tender, and magnesium fire starters to build a fire and burn through a rope positioned at their station. Charity Ranch Race
Guests will be divided into teams and compete in multiple events. Examples: event 1) BB Gun shoots out a percentage of targets to move on 2) obstacle course 3) tomahawks and balloons competition. At the last event, teams will receive materials to build something that will be donated to a local charity (for example, youth bikes, bunk beds, etc.). This event is thrilling, with teams relying on strong communication, consulting each other's strengths, pacing themselves, and working together. Youth donations are made to Virginia's House Family Resource Center in Graham, TX, and are always received with immense gratitude.
Top Shotgun Challenge
Working together to eliminate various targets, each team member will be allowed 3 shots and then onto the next team member, continuing until all targets are eliminated. The event focuses on speed, efficiency, encouragement, and team camaraderie. $45 per person
Over the Wall Archery
Each team will select one person to fire arrows over the ‘wall,’ relying on the other team members to direct their aim. Points are awarded based on the proximity in which the arrows land. During this event, guests will learn from observation, clear communication, and working together. $25 per person
Cowboy Up! Challenge
First, compete in two cowboy challenges (like roping obstacles) and finish the race as teams work together to ‘blind’ saddle a horse. One team member views the properly saddled horse, while another relays information directly to another team member in charge of saddling. $50 per person

Line Dancing with a Wrangler
Class and competition options are taught by one of our wranglers!
Since 2004, Wildcatter Ranch has been outfitting our groups with adventure. In addition to our team building there are trail rides, ranch tours, clay shooting and archery available. It is possible to book with our exclusive outfitter to book fly fishing on the Brazos River or hog or doe hunts. While staying at the ranch, guests can also enjoy feeding the longhorns at nine each morning, relaxing in the infinity pool and hot tub, playing outdoor games or catch and release at the Bass Tank (please bring your own fishing supplies).

Hog Hunts
Experience the Thrill of the Hunt: Wildcatter Ranch offers exciting hog hunts for groups of 2-6 hunters.
All-Inclusive Package: includes all equipment (rifles & thermal imaging), gun instruction/practice, and transportation.
Convenient Schedule: We'll pick you up from Wildcatter Ranch at 2:00 PM and return you by midnight.
Hassle-Free Experience: We handle everything from transportation to equipment so you can focus on the hunt.
Canoeing the Brazos
Enjoy this team-building experience, cannoning in pairs (4—16 guests) along a 10-mile stretch for a day-long trip. Box lunches, drinks, and coolers can be provided. Guests must drive to the put-in location in their vehicles, but we’ll do the rest!
