More than half of our brides rent the Ranch House for their weekend lodging, enjoy the luxury home for getting ready on the wedding day, and then host their ceremony and reception at our sister venue next door - Sparrow Creek Ranch.

Wedding & Reception at Sparrow Creek Ranch (up to 150 guests)
A wedding at Wildcatter itself is going to be anywhere from 2-10x more expensive than at SCR.
SCR was built as a wedding venue and has the in-house rentals and decor and BYOB — three very important budgeting considerations. Whereas Wildcatter Ranch (has a liquor license) you must use Wildcatter Steakhouse for Bar and all Catering. These two factors make the two very different budget options.
Most of our couples host their rehearsal dinners in The Buffalo Banquet Hall or Grand Hall, and then enjoy all the wedding-day festivities at Sparrow Creek Ranch - booked via a weekend package for $3600-$5500.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS
Pricing does not include taxes.
All food and beverages at Wildcatter Ranch and Resort weddings are provided exclusively by our catering team at Wildcatter Steakhouse; the catering package is an additional cost. Our Wildcatter catering menu is updated quarterly to ensure the best experience for our couples. Our guest relations team will provide this for you separately. Your food and beverage prices will be locked in 30 days before your event.
Your catering package will include flatware, china plates, gold-rimmed, durable, plastic drinkware, 60” round tables, white garden chairs for ceremony and reception, and 6’ long buffet tables.
THE RANCH HOUSE
Interior photos of the Ranch House where the bride and her friends will enjoy the day! There are also four bedrooms for overnight accommodations.
