The Estate’s 21 acres and Ranch House are fully gated and secluded from all other guests.

The Barn apartment (located in the barn within the estate property) can be added on to any nights at the Ranch House for $225 a night

Sprawling entertainment areas are around every corner, from the front courtyard with a pool, waterfall, and hot tub to covered patios and the back patio with breathtaking river views.
The large stone patio and terrace, just below the house via a stunning stone staircase, provide ample room for outdoor enjoyment and team and family activities.
The giant dining table and ample living room space unite everyone for a great time on the Texas Ranch and Brazos River!
