The Ranch House is a luxurious 14,000+ sq ft home perched on a mountain overlooking the Brazos River on 21 private acres within the Ranch. If you are looking for the Yellowstone/Dutton Ranch Type of experience in Texas, this is the house!

The Ranch House has 21 private acres and is fully gated and secluded from all other guests.

RANCH HOUSE BEDROOMS - all with large ensuite bathrooms:

• Master Bedroom - King Bed

• 2nd Bedroom (forest room) - Queen Bed

• 3rd Bedroom (blue room) - King Bed

• 4th Bedroom (upstairs) - Queen Bed

BARN APARTMENT (additional cost)

• The Barn apartment (located in the barn within the estate property) can be added on to any nights at the Ranch House for $150 a night

• 1 California King and 1 Queen Bed (separated by sliding door); one bathroom and one kitchenette

ENTERTAINING SPACES

• Sprawling entertainment areas are around every corner, from the front courtyard with a pool, waterfall, and hot tub to covered patios and the back patio with breathtaking river views

• The large stone patio and terrace, just below the house via a stunning stone staircase, provide ample room for outdoor enjoyment and team and family activities

• The giant dining table and ample living room space unite everyone for a great time on the Texas Ranch and Brazos River
