Glass Pavilion

Guest Count: 65 MAX

(guest count MAX 65) This is a glass room built to bring the outdoors in.  Simply beautiful.

  • BUFFET ONLY. There is no kitchen in this space
  • You would need to reserve the remote bar and bartenders through Wildcatter Ranch
  • Entertainment can be reserved with this space with advanced notice

Steakhouse Patio

Guest Count: 50 MAX

(guest count MAX 50 for seating) Breathtaking views, but can be seasonal. We have no cover or enclosures to block inclement weather. See your proposal for backup options.
If the weather’s nice, this is a great option for dining under the stars (and string lights)!

  • Tables are the metal tables on the patio.
  • Guests get their own alcoholic beverages from the main bar (most do this), or we can set up a private bar on the back patio just for your guests with a limited drink menu (think margaritas, two beer options, and/or a wine. Guests can still go to the main bar if they prefer a specialty drink.
  • After dinner, you can easily transition to a “welcome party” on the steakhouse patio. All guests traveling in on Friday evening can join the group!

Buffalo Banquet Hall

Guest Count: 65 MAX

(guest count MAX 65) Large banquet room in the Steakhouse

This is the most preferred for rehearsal dinners

  • Three bar options. Option 1) You can have guests get their own bar drinks from the main bar (most do this) Option 2) We can add a primary bartender for your event (required for groups over 50) who can either stay at the main bar and be dedicated to event guests or Option 3) You can decide on a set alcoholic beverage menu (wine and margaritas for instance) and this bartender can be solely responsible for your guests and our wait staff can walk the room with a tray offering your pre-selected drinks.
  • After dinner, you can easily transition to a “welcome party” on the steakhouse patio. All guests traveling in on Friday evening can join the group!

Welcome Parties at Wildcatter Ranch

Maybe your rehearsal dinner is happening off-site. Maybe you're keeping dinner small and want the rest of your guests to join the fun afterward. Either way, Wildcatter is a great place to bring everyone together on Friday evening for a welcome party.

Gather around the bar and patio for drinks and conversation, with options for a cash bar, specialty drink bar, or guests to purchase their own drinks. Depending on your guest count and plans for the weekend, our team can help you think through the logistics and find the right setup.

If you're renting the Ranch House, we can also discuss welcome party options there.
